Our Handcrafted Pieces 

All of our products are expertly hand-welded and hand-polished, which may result in subtle variations between pieces. If these differences are a concern, please take them into account before making your purchase.

Regarding the Silver

Our products are crafted from solid 925 sterling silver, not plated with platinum. We embrace the natural, slightly patinated lustre that silver acquires over time, as well as the unique marks left by its wearer, which add to the character of each piece.

This means our jewellery retains its original silver texture. If you prefer a high-shine finish, you can polish it yourself with a cloth.

Please be aware of sterling silver's oxidation characteristics before making your purchase. If this is a concern, we recommend considering it carefully beforehand.

Silver Weight

The weight of some items such as rings and necklaces may vary based on their size. 

Ring Sizes

We recommend using a professional ring sizer or a well-fitting ring to determine your size.

If those options are unavailable, you can measure the circumference of your finger using the following method:

- Cut a strip of paper approximately the width of the ring you wish to buy.
- Wrap the strip around the widest part of your finger.
- Measure the length of the strip to find your finger's circumference.
The skin on fingers is elastic, so pulling it too tightly or loosely can affect the measurement. To ensure accuracy, we recommend measuring several times to minimize any errors.

With thicker or wider ring styles, we suggest choosing a slightly larger size for optimal comfort.

Some ring sizes may show as 'pre-order', which means that the size is sold out or not in stock at the moment. This will not affect your purchase. 'Pre-order' products will take approximately 2-4 weeks to process and ship. If you are concerned about the waiting time, please consider this carefully before you purchase.

Engraving

We offer engraving services for all our jewellery. Please note that some styles can only be engraved with basic digits or text in specific locations due to the size and shape of the piece.

This service costs NZD 40 per piece, and the order process typically takes 3-6 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
