Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates:
  • Shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout
  • Free Shipping on orders over $199
Delivery Time:
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these times do not include any potential customs delays or holds.
Shipping Restrictions:
  • We currently ship to New Zealand only. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Changes:
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change the address once the order has been processed.
Cancellations:
  • Cancellations are not permitted for delays caused by issues within the courier network. Please review the estimated delivery times and contact us if you have concerns about your order’s status.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
  1. Request a Return Authorisation: Contact our customer service team at [email/contact form link] to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the Item: Once authorised, return the item to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Repairs Policy
Repair Eligibility:
  • We offer repair services for items purchased from our store that are within 14 days of the purchase date. Repairs are available for defects or issues not caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
Repair Process:
  1. Request a Repair: Contact our customer service team at customercare@taintedromance.com with clear photos of the issue, a detailed description of the fault, information on how the item has been cared for, and your proof of purchase. Our care team will review your submission and contact you promptly.
  2. Send the Item: If the repair request is approved, send the item to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item for repair.
  3. Repair and Return: Once we receive the item, it will be assessed. Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks to complete. We will notify you when the repair is finished and return the item to you at no additional cost.
Exclusions:
  • Repairs do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Items that have been altered or modified are also not eligible for repair.
 
Exchanges:
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@taintedromance.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear, recognisable photos of the damaged or incorrect item are required within 5 days of delivery to process your claim. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Invoices:
  • An invoice will be included with your order. Please use the order number provided on the invoice for any returns or exchanges.
