How custom-made works
Submit your design
Send us your design concept — sketch, description, reference images. We’ll review it and get in touch to confirm feasibility, suggest refinements if needed, and work out dimensions, sizing, and any engraving.
Approval & Production
Once you approve the final mock-up, we begin crafting your piece. Because it’s made especially for you (not from stock), the process naturally takes more time than off-the-shelf items.
Estimated Lead Time
Custom and bespoke jewellery falls under our handcrafted process. As with our engraving service, customers should expect a processing time of approximately 3–6 weeks (from approval to shipping), depending on the design's complexity.
We recommend ordering with plenty of time in mind — especially if the piece is intended as a gift or for a special date.
Shipping
Once finished, we ship within our standard schedule. All shipping details, including estimated delivery times and tracking info, will be provided when your order ships.
Final Sale & Returns
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.
What to keep in mind
Because each piece is hand-crafted, no two items will be perfectly identical. Small variations in finish, weight or texture are to be expected; these only add to the character and uniqueness of your custom jewellery.
If you request engraving, some designs may only accept simple text in certain places.
